Why South Valley Oral and Facial Surgery?
Chose the Experts In the Field for Your Care
Dr. McMurray and Dr. Chehrehsa are experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeons who have a passion for full arch implant surgery. As the leaders in the field, they hold lectures on full arch surgery for local doctors in the area. They use their expertise to help treat the most difficult cases and help treat complications referred to them by other doctors.
Our office is one of the few offices in California that offer Zygoma and pterygoid implants - which are reserved for the most difficult cases. We take pride in providing a fixed, permanent set of teeth using implants for those patients who have been told by other offices they do not have enough bone for implants. We will find you a solution!
What to expect?
Depending on your case, we can get you your new fixed teeth in as little as three appointments.
Phase One: Personalized Consultation
Your consultation is one of the most important steps of your dental treatment. You will meet both with a dedicated smile concierge member along with one of our surgeons. We'll use this appointment to discuss your new smile: your expectations for treatment, smile goals and any other questions you may have.
You will also have a chance to discuss our financing options as we work with multiple providers to offer you low monthly payments for your new smile!
Phase Two: Smile Design
Using our cutting edge technology - we use this appointment to use digital technology to obtain facial imaging to plan and perfectly match a new smile to your face with our dental lab.
Phase Three: Surgery with delivery of your new teeth!
On the day of your procedure, our priority is to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. We are fully anesthesia trained and have on-site anesthesiologists at our office for our cases to assure that you have a pain free experience. Using our 3D imaging we plan and execute your implant placement with precision to help deliver your final smile in the most efficient manner possible.
